Joining Alpha Delta Pi is for a lifetime, not just the college years. The Fort Worth Alumnae Association is actively involved in giving back to the Gamma Chi chapter as well as maintaining the long-lasting sisterhood well beyond graduation. Gamma Chi works hard to maintain close relationships with our alumnae.
Every month we have chapter dinner, where alumnae and parents cook dinner for our entire chapter. We have annual events such as our Halloween ADPi Trick-or-Treat where alumnae can bring their children to the house to collect candy from the active members living in the house and see all the decorations. There are also fun activities for the children and delicious snacks. Members love to come dressed in costumes and interact with the alumnae and their children.
The annual Founders' Day brunch is held with the Fort Worth Alumnae Association and celebrates the founding of Alpha Delta Pi. Sisters are recognized for their achievements throughout the year. The brunch is also a great way for seniors to interact with Alumnae and experience the transition from collegian years to alumnae life.
Maintaining close relationships with our alumnae is an excellent way to network and allows sisters to get to know wonderful ADPi's who are happy to help out by writing letters of recommendation for internships or just give some friendly advice. Many Alumnae from all over Texas and the country are involved in contributing to the success of Gamma Chi and its members. Our relationship with our alumnae is proof that when you join ADPi, you are truly joining a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime.
